This new condensation cure, RTV, low viscosity, translucent, low durometer, tin silicone elastomer, has proven to be a very economical and versatile material with enhanced properties and physical characteristics. Works well with the addition of A-300-8 thixo. The addition of FX-109 Accelerator to the elastomer, while it will accelerate the cure rate it will also decrease the library life of the elastomer. By reducing the amount of catalyst by 30% and you will decrease the durometer to Shore A of 6.
