The purpose of this publication is to provide a comprehensive dictionary/source book containing definition of the terms used in the fields related to the prosthetic restoration of missing facial and somato structures in one manageable volume. Terms are drawn heavily from the fields of medical art, prosthodontics, ocular prosthetics, material science, and prosthetics.
